Please note that applicants:
- Have to book an appointment through VFS instead of booking an appointment through the Service Center or the Embassy
- Have to first fill the application form online HERE
- Have to submit their complete visa application at the Belgian Visa Application Center (address mentioned here above) and NOT at the Embassy *
- In some cases, will also need to present themselves for an interview at the Embassy after submitting their applications at the Belgian Visa Application Center (generally, the day after). The appointment of the interview is organized by VFS
* Exception: holders of official passports, family members of non-Belgian EU nationals and family members of Belgian citizens exercising their right of free movement (Directive 2004/38/EC, see more on: The sponsor is a national of an EU or associated country | IBZ), Humanitarian and “substantiated emergencies” can submit their visa application directly at the Embassy. Appointments can only be made via our e-Appointment system
